Northampton Alan's Last Live Visit
Northampton Alan collapsed whilst visiting Ridgmont station ...
... on the line between Bedford and Bletchley. That would explain why a Bedford company was undertaking. He was taken to hospital; In Bedford, where he died. It is fitting that fbb's last memory should be of Alan on a public transport visit, of which he made many and always reported on them by e-mail to fbb.
Of course Ridgmont station isn't at Ridgmont ...... it is at Brogborough where brickyards ...... have become Prologis Park, Marston Gate.
Ridgmont station is also served by bus ...... but the line is famous for being the home of Vivarail ex LT trains.Well, famous when the units are working and when there are enough trained staff available to work them!
Bulk cement trains bound to and from a cement works at Bletchley rumble past ...... trains which seem incongruous on a quiet branch line with gently bimbling ex London trains.
Ridgmont (at Brogborough) is one of the stops on the line that retains its station house, once with booking facilities included.
This may have been the "raison d'etre" for Alan's sadly aborted visit!
Within its walls is a fine collection of memorabilia pertaining to the line. including several signal box diagrams. There is plenty to intrigue ...... with more stuff outside.Bit what makes Ridgmont station very special is its small but perfectly formed tea rooms. There are two ...... rooms that is; also complete with nostalgia.Because the accommodation is so "bijou", potential customers are advised to book a table in advance - "to avoid disappointment".
Many opt for the traditional cream tea ...... but the highlight of a visit has to be the full and traditional afternoon tea. A variety of sandwiches is served ...... plus delicious home made cakes and pastries ...... all washed down with a pot of freshly brewed tea served, of course, in crinkly cups!Unlike Northampton Grammar School canteen, fbb is absolutely certain that Ridgmont's cups don't have chips in them!
Of either kind!

ReplyDeleteMY CRYPTO RECOVERY TESTIMONY 2024
I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible story of recovery and gratitude. As a woman who recently underwent surgery on my kidney, I was already dealing with a lot of stress and uncertainty. But what made it even worse was when I was scammed out of $44,000 in a cryptocurrency investment that promised me a return of $84,000. It was devastating to think that I'd lost all that money and would have to go into debt to cover my surgery expenses. But then I found Jetwebhackers, and they changed everything. They worked tirelessly to recover not only my initial investment of $44,000, but also the promised profit. I was blown away by their expertise and dedication to getting me back on my feet. Thanks to Jetwebhackers, I was able to pay for my surgery without going into debt. It's been a huge weight off my shoulders, and I'm so grateful for their help. I know that not everyone has had the same experience as me, but I want to encourage anyone who's been scammed or is struggling to get help from Jetwebhackers. They're truly amazing professionals who care about their clients and will do everything they can to get you back on track. Thank you again, Jetwebhackers - you're the real MVPs!"

The VivaRail class 230s haven't run between Bedford and Bletchley since the company went into administration in November 2022. After more than a year of replacement bus services, the line is now run by three class 150s that Northern could spare.
ReplyDeleteI made a costly mistake on Coinbase, sending $43,000 worth of Bitcoin to an incorrect address. The support team informed me that recovery was impossible. Desperate for a solution, I researched online and discovered Morphohack, a company with a proven track record in cryptocurrency recovery. I contacted them, providing transaction details and screenshots. To my surprise, Morphohack successfully tracked down my Bitcoin, which had been transferred to multiple micro wallets, and recovered approximately $39,800. If you've lost Bitcoins or other crypto due to a similar mistake, lost access to your crypto wallet, Morphohack Cyber Service may be able to assist you.

I’m Gina Kelleher, a 42‑year‑old marketing consultant in Toronto, and I’ve always been the type to research every decision down to the smallest detail. When it came to crypto, I moved at a snail’s pace: years spent gauging trends, making tiny trades, and monitoring the market minute by minute. By December 2024, I finally felt ready. I consolidated everything, $625,000 in Bitcoin onto CBEX.cx, a platform that checked every box.
ReplyDeleteOne late February morning, I tried to log in and the site had simply vanished. No maintenance notice. No downtime alert. Just… gone. Initially, I chalked it up to an outage. But as hours stretched into days, the reality hit: CBEX.cx had crashed or worse, disappeared with millions of dollars in user funds. Online forums exploded with panic, and whispers of an exit scam circulated without confirmation. I was paralyzed. I immediately contacted lawyers, filed complaints, even reached out to other exchanges, but every lead fizzled out. “Crypto’s risky,” they told me. I refused to accept that as my final answer.
Then I found Morphohack Cyber, a digital forensics team with a reputation for crypto recovery. I was wary, how many times had I heard empty promises? But Morphohack’s transparency stood out. They laid out their methods clearly and outlined realistic expectations.
Within hours, they were deep in my case: tracing transaction trails, analyzing mixer patterns, and infiltrating shadow exchanges. Three days later, the call came: they’d located every Bitcoin.
By the first week of March, my full $625,000 worth of bitcoins had been restored to my wallet.
I’m more vigilant than ever now and deeply aware of crypto’s pitfalls. But thanks to Morphohack Cyber, I’ve also learned that help exists and sometimes, hope does too. If you’re facing a similar nightmare, don’t give up. Contact Morphohack via Morphohack@cyberservices. com
