The Cardiff East park-and-ride service is numbered PR1 - by TravelineCymru, if no-one else. If you search for a timetable for PR1, you have a choice of Cardiff or Carmarthen park-and-ride (well, two of each, actually, depending on direction of travel). You have to treat it like a journey planner, and ask for departures at a particular date and time, When the results appear, there is an option to "View timetable pdf". And, at last, there it is - a full timetable, all days of the week, in both directions.
