The runway took the largest planes, such as the new A380, it had a railway line running right along side (with its own level crossing across the taxiway), three railway stations within 1.5 miles, a dual carriageway right along each end of the runway, and a motorway within 2 miles.<br />Unfortunately, Filton closed at the end of last year.<br />Compare those potential transport facilities with Lulsgate...Colly405https://www.blogger.com/profile/11883003572431901921noreply@blogger.com
