The reasons varied. In my politically correct Grammar School we were told the "Remove" referred to those "failures" who decided, after all, to leave at 14. To Anonymous above. It was cut and past and I didn't spot it. But surely BCE means Before Christ's Emmanuel?fatbusblokehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06833340546527596517noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7432323264902617108.post-56809620528009076342015-12-02T11:20:41.587+00:002015-12-02T11:20:41.587+00:00Bunter and Remove for those with remedial needs!

Some like myself and another in my class, who became a DD, were placed in a Remove at the change from School Certificate to O Levels, because of our birth dates, cold headhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15773703954322550157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7432323264902617108.post-19134193152082262442015-12-02T10:40:13.257+00:002015-12-02T10:40:13.257+00:00FBB,

I tried 'Swindon Town Centre' to 'Avebury, Wiltshire'. The journey planner failed - the fare finder came up with service 49 and which stops to use at both ends...
What I don't want is yet another journey planner that needs you to know the answers to the questions before you ask the question.
Why is there no simple drop-down list of timetables in each location?
